GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KJCT) - A former inmate from Montrose County Jail is suing the county and deputies from the Montrose County Sheriff’s Office after he claims he was assaulted while in custody. The lawsuit filed by the firm Newman-McNulty stems from a reported incident inside the Montrose County Jail.
